2019 – 20 7th Basketball Bracket
The tournament was in full swing tonight at four locations, but when the dust settled we were down to our boys and girls final four. On the boys side of the bracket, the 4 seed Liberty defeated the 5 seed Vickery Creek 34- 27 they will advance to face the 1 seed Riverwatch who defeated DeSana 48-21. 3 seed North defeated the 6 seed Lakeside 52 – 41 and will face the 2 seed South who defeated 7 seed Piney Grove 30-13. This semi final will be played at Piney Grove with the 2 seed South taking on the 3 seed North game beginning at 5:00 PM. After that game 1 seed Riverwatch will take on 4 seed Liberty.
The girls bracket began with the 5 seed Little Mill defeating the 4 seed Vickery Creek in Overtime 21-19. 1 seed South defeated 9 seed Liberty 57-16. 6 seed DeSana upset 3 seep Piney Grove 29 -29, and 2 seed North defeated 7 seed Riverwatch 46 – 28. This semi-final will be played at Riverwatch Middle School. The 5:00pm game will see 2 seed North v. 6 seed DeSana, and the final game of the evening will have 1 seed South v. 5 Little Mill.
