Otwell Off to a Great Start.

The Otwell Bulldogs hosted the Vickery Creek Vipers at Forsyth Central High School. The Bulldogs defeated the Vipers 34 – 14. The Bulldogs offense generated 297 yards of offense. The Bulldog attack was led by the offensive line which generated 273 yards on the ground. Aaron Escobar led all rushers with 137 yards on 9 carries, Trent Frysz rushed for 73 yards on 8 carries, and QB Durham Roach rushed for 56 yards on 10 carries.
The Bulldog defense applied pressure on the Vickery offense the entire game. This was an entire team effort as 16 different Bulldogs had at least 1 tackle in the game. The defense was led by linebacker Graham Elzey who had 6 tackles, 4 QB pressures, and 1.5 sacks, Trent Frysz chipped in with 2 interceptions, Aaron Escobar added 6 tackles, and Herley Louis had 1/2 a sack.
